
Toney J. Williams is IFS's Vice President since 2000; formerly the company’s director of investments since 1996. Williams oversees the acquisition and structuring of tax-advantaged investments and placement of debt; cash management investing; and asset management for properties located throughout the U.S.
Prior to
joining IFS, Williams was vice president of a
national bank, responsible for banking operations
and cash management functions.
From 1978 until 1992 he held several senior level
management positions with the Idaho Housing &
Finance Association.
Williams is
past president of the Affordable Housing Investors
Council, as well as past president of the Idaho
Mortgage Bankers Association, and attended the University of Minnesota,
majoring in Business Administration.
