Steve Keen, Vice President Finance and Treasurer, has been a key part of the IDACORP organization since 1982. Keen is the former President of IFS from 1998 through 2006. He has been active in the tax and finance profession for 25 years and has served as Tax Director for Idaho Power and as interim Chief Financial Officer for IdaTech LLC, a fuel cell technology company principally owned by IDACORP until 2006.
Keen
is a graduate with High Honors from the Idaho State University
and a licensed CPA in the State of
Idaho. He has served on the board of governors of the Affordable Housing
Investor’s Council, the Associated Taxpayers of
Idaho and the Idaho Tax Foundation. Keen was
named the “Outstanding CPA in Business and Industry
for 1999” by the Idaho Society of CPA’s.
